By accessing or using Reliquary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Reliquary transforms user-uploaded images and optional text into mythological narratives delivered as PDF artifacts. The Service is intended for personal, creative, and reflective purposes.
3. Important Disclaimers
This Service is NOT:
- A substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
- A provider of medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
- A diagnostic or therapeutic tool for any condition
- A replacement for consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
The narratives generated are creative works of fiction. They should not be interpreted as guidance, diagnosis, or treatment for any mental health or medical condition. If you are experiencing distress or mental health difficulties, please seek support from a qualified professional.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all images and text you upload. By uploading content, you grant Reliquary a limited license to process your materials solely for generating your artifact.
You represent that you have the right to use all content you submit and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
5. Payment and Refunds
All purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. Due to the personalized nature of each artifact, refunds are generally not available once generation has begun. Requests may be considered if technical issues prevent delivery.
6. Data Retention
All uploaded files and generated artifacts are automatically and permanently deleted 7 days after creation. No copies are retained beyond this period.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Reliquary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
